Our Approach to Social Media

ECU – A Division of WFCU Credit Union is a member-owned, community-based credit union. We want to be an organization that develops community value through everything we do. We want to engage with people about issues that matter to them. We want to focus upon areas that make a positive impact in our community.

Your feedback helps to direct us. Social media channels are one great way for us to have these conversations, so tune in with us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linked In and YouTube.

ECU – A Division of WFCU Credit Union upholds everyone’s right to privacy online, and our employees adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures. We will never discuss a member’s personal transactions or account information online, and will instead, direct our members to communicate directly with a staff member to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of their information.
