SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Windsor Family Credit Union Limited’s (the Credit Union) Nominating Committee is seeking and recruiting qualified candidates to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors. All positions are for a three-year term that commences after the conclusion of the Credit Union’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), in November 2024.

A recommendation will be brought before the Membership at the AGM in November proposing an amendment to Article 4.01 of the Credit Union’s
General Bylaw No. 1 to require geographic Board representation for both the Greater Toronto area and Northern Ontario, for one (1) three-year term following the 2024 AGM.

Membership approval of the amendment to Article 4.01 of General Bylaw No. 1, will result in Board representation for the five (5) positions to be two (2) General Director positions, one (1) Director position representing the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, one (1) Director position representing the Greater Toronto Area, and one (1) Director position representing Northern Ontario.
