If you do have a concern, ECU – A Division of WFCU Credit Union is committed to listen and resolve the matter quickly. However, there are times when we will need to investigate further in order to assure satisfaction.
Steps for a quick resolution:
If you have completed the above noted steps and do not feel your concern has been resolved, you can forward your written concern to ECU – A Division of WFCU Credit Union’s Member Advocate. Do not include your confidential account or personal information if sending by email.
