Our new Kitchener retail location is officially opening Wednesday, November 9th at 4289 King Street East in the Deer Ridge neighbourhood! Designed to offer you a better member experience, our team can’t wait for you to discover more features, enhanced services and even greater convenience.
Important Dates and Details
On Monday, November 7, 2022:
- The ATM at 6-51 Ardelt Ave. will be permanently close, effective at 5 pm.
On Tuesday, November 8, 2022:
- Our new LiveVT, with full-service ATM functionality at 4289 King Street East, will be available for use.
- The Ardelt Ave. retail location will be closed as we prepare for our move.
- Members requiring in-person service can visit our Cambridge retail location at 620 Hespeler Rd. or our Waterloo retail location at 103-340 Hagey Blvd.
On Wednesday, November 9, 2022:
- The new Kitchener retail location will be open for service!
Please note: The current Kitchener retail location at 6-51 Ardelt Ave. will become the ECU Administration Office and will no longer provide in-person banking services to members.

Live Video Teller (LiveVT)
This next-generation interactive Live Video Teller machine allows you the option of conducting traditional ATM transactions or a wide variety of banking transactions with the live assistance of a member consultant during business hours.
Drive-Up Teller,
A dedicated drive-up banking teller window, where our staff will be able to personally assist you with your banking needs in the comfort of your vehicle.
The QLess Virtual Queuing System lets you conveniently check wait times and reserve your place in line before arriving.
For added convenience, this new retail location will be open on Saturdays for in-person service from 9 am to 12 pm.
At our new Kitchener location, you’ll continue to see the friendly faces of our Retail Team, who have been serving you under the leadership of Tony Monterosso as our Manager, Sales & Service.
